Luke has been a plumbing expert since the age of 16. Bringing years of hands-on experience and a passion for solving problems, and known for his friendly personality and strong people skills, he loves helping customers find reliable, lasting solutions for their homes and businesses. When he is not working, Luke enjoys spending time outdoors often hiking or fishing with his loyal golden retriever, Mr. C.

Director of Operations

Uzair, known to family, friends and colleagues as “Uzi” brings over 25 years of experience in the home service industry. Throughout his career, he has helped build, grow, and manage multiple successful brands earning a reputation for his leadership, operational expertise, and people-first approach. His genuine care for people and performance makes him an invaluable part of the company’s success.

Outside of work, Uzi loves to travel and explore new destinations, immersing himself in different cultures and cuisines. His curiosity and appreciation for new experiences inspire the creativity and perspective he brings to his work every day.

Michael has been in the new home sales and home improvement business for 20+ years. Michael has two kids and in his free time he enjoys playing golf with his son and friends. He also enjoys exploring a variety of different foods with both of his children.

Beyond his professional life, Diego is a proud father of one daughter who inspires him every day. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new places, exploring different cultures, and unwinding by watching soccer and football—two of his favorite sports.

Outside of work, Joe is a dedicated family man – married for 16 years and proud father of three. When he is not on a job, you will often find him on the water enjoying his favorite pastime – fishing.

When he is not on a job, Jason enjoys spending time with his three sons and two daughters. Family means everything to Jason, and that same sense of care and responsibility shines through the work he does for his clients every day.

When not on the job, Greg spends quality time with his 2 kids, ages 9 and 11. Whether it’s cheering them on in their activities or heading out for a weekend adventure, family time is of the utmost importance. Greg loves fishing and golfing.
